LEGAL AND TAX ADVICE
I work as a trusted advisor for board members and CEOs, directors/large shareholders mainly in the private wealth practice as well as the high net worth individual and advise on strategic, management issues as well as legal and tax matters.
My practice focuses on tax, legal and management advice to individuals and their companies in the national and international field. Unburdening is one of the main purposes, also in view of all the (compliance) rules and the obligations that clients must meet nowadays.
A practice, in which the emphasis is on thinking along with national and international issues, such as efficient asset structures, clearly mapping the financial position, and the implementation thereof. But also thinking along about legal issues, starting or selling a company and the course that a (family) company wants to take.
The angle is originally of a legal and fiscal nature, in which the individual needs play a central role. I can work with an (international) network of tax specialists, lawyers and notaries with whom I serve my clients.
THE PEOPLE
Myrthe studied at the University of Amsterdam and holds LLM’s in Dutch Law, Tax Law and Notarial Law. She is also a member of the Dutch order of tax advisors (NOB). After having worked as a candidate notary, she worked at a financial and administrative company for international clients and was a managing director there. She was a partner at a mid-size law firm before starting her own advisory company. She is a member of the European American Chamber of Commerce (EACC) and has been serving as the President since 2019. Apart from Dutch and English, Myrthe is fluent in Spanish. She plays the piano passionately and loves spending time in Spain with her family.
The main objective is to address concerns that the client may have. We will listen and immediately think along about how fiscal, financial and legal matters can be made less complicated and taken out of your hands. A first meeting for orientation purposes is always possible and we look forward to meeting you and exploring how we can assist you further.

Legal: purchase and sale of companies, assisting in the incorporation of companies, corporate secretarial services, drafting intra group loan documentation, drafting private powers of attorney, drafting employment law agreements, health check legal files company, supervising processes and putting them in order.
Tax: advising and supervising (international) structuring, health check company tax files, supervising processes and putting them in order, drafting and filing 30% application, taking care of IB/VPB/inheritance tax returns, assistance with cross border moves.
Other: I am your sparring partner and your first point of contact in relation with questions regarding Dutch Civil Law and Dutch Tax Law and apart from that I can assist you finding suitable partners in my extensive network depending on your wishes, such as management, accountants and other service providers.
